Before the ingredients enter our premises, they arrive with a certificate of conformance and compliance, but that’s not enough for us, which is why we do additional rigorous checks before they become Enterprise excellent. In the interest of safety all our meat is kept in monitored temperature controlled environments, whilst dry ingredients are kept separate and monitored at all times for freshness.

It’s all about how our product is handled, so we make sure that everything it touches is sanitary.

That’s why our production and material-handling areas are deep cleaned before we start any production batch. What’s more, we ensure a food-safe environment with our surgical grade stainless steel slicing equipment that is easily sanitised and cleaned at the beginning of every production run.

We know that quality starts with people, so we maintain world-class hygiene standards and personnel hygiene controls at our manufacturing sites. This includes ensuring that our employees’ boots and gear are carefully decontaminated before entering production and material handling areas.

All our staff have been trained and certified in food safety and quality management. To maintain these standards, we frequently conduct refresher training with our staff.

The heart of safety is our factory, which is why we have a rigorous food safety programme that identifies and controls our food safety risks (known as HACCP - Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points). Part of this means we have zoned production areas that eliminate cross-contamination between raw, processed and finished food products. To ensure we maintain our product safety, we also filter the air in our high care production environment and even go so far as to treat the municipal water entering our premises - just one more check to ensure quality.

With the strictest of standards managed in our factory, that’s not where the story ends. We ensure our delivery trucks are thoroughly cleaned and check that the correct temperature is maintained for both frozen and chilled products. We also provide detailed usage instructions for all our products.

So you know exactly how to prepare your meals correctly and safely. We take extra care in transporting, storing and delivering our range of products, to make sure you get the freshest and tastiest Enterprise experience.

We carefully control and manage our entire sourcing and manufacturing process, right to the point where the final packaged product is sold to you. Before our food leaves the factory we do final quality checks, ensuring that the date coding and labelling requirements are compliant with legislation and our production tracking. This means we can track your food from the supermarket, right back to the batch sample we inspected.

So you have total peace of mind that what ends up on your plate is quality you can taste.
